In a bowl, toss potatoes, carrots, olive oil, butter, 1 T. seasoned salt, onion and garlic until the potatoes and carrots are coated. Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix hamburger and 1 1/2 T. seasoned salt together. Pat into hamburgers. Place them on top of potatoes and carrots. Cover with aluminum foil making sure to place a slit in the top. Bake at 350 until meat and veggies are cooked.
We also make theses on the grill in aluminum foil packets. We add broccoli, cauliflower, or asparagus, depending on what is in the fridge.
