Kraut Casserole Recipe

Brown the sausage and drain. Layer a glass baking dish as follows: kraut is the bottom layer, next layer is the cooked sausage and top layer is the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle a final layer of shredded Cheddar cheese over all.

Place in oven at 400° and cook for 30 minutes.
