Baked Chicken Cacciatore Recipe

  • 1 pound Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Coat the chicken in the flour mixture, then

brown in olive oil. Layer in roasting pan with:

1 can Italian style stewed tomatoes

3/4 C. chopped onions

1 yellow bell pepper

1 red bell pepper

fresh mushrooms

black olives, chopped

Bake at 375 deg. 30-45 minutes. Garnish w/fresh parsley.

Serve with spaghetti or fettucine, breadsticks and/or Italian sandwich rolls.
