Pepper Steak 24 Recipe

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless sirloin
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 onions - sliced
  • 3 green peppers - sliced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 3 teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
Cut steak against the grain 3/4 inch thick.

Heat oil in non stick pan medium high. Salt steak and cook 4 to 5 mins. Turning halfway. Remove steak.

Add onions and peppers, stirring.

Mix together broth soy sauce. Add to skillet; stir in tomatoes. Simmer 2-3 mins. Add steak and heat through.
