Meat Loaf 93 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 pound sausage
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 ounce can tomato sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients thoroughly and pack into a 1 1/2 quart loaf pan. Bake in 350° oven for about 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serves 8.
