Turkey and Vegetable Casserole Recipe

  • 1 cup cooked, chopped turkey
  • 1 cup raw elbow macaroni
  • 1 onion, diced (small)
  • 1 ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded American cheese
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
Mix all together and put into a 8" square baking dish. Top with 1 cup crushed corn flakes, mixed with 1/4 cup melted margarine. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
