That Stuff Recipe

  • 1 box au gratin potato mix
  • 1/2 carrots
  • 1 box frozen cut broccoli
  • 1 package shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz pkg)
  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
Cut sausage into pieces and dice onion. Put sausage and onion into pot and cook until tender. Cut carrots and steam with broccoli until just tender. Add au gratin potato mix to the sausage and onion, add 2 C water. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add carrots, broccoli and can of cheese soup to sausage mixture. Cook another 15 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, let melt and then serve.
