Swiss Chicken 8 Recipe

Ingredients
4 whole chicken breasts
8 sandwich slices swiss cheese
5 tablespoons butter (divided)
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup Milk
1 cup chicken broth
salt & pepper to taste
1 cup dry stuffing mix (I use stove top chicken flavor)
Directions
Place chicken in greased or buttered dish. Cover each breast with 1 slice of swiss cheese. Melt 2 T. butter over low heat. Add flour and blend over low heat until smooth and bubbly. Slowly stir in milk and broth. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over chicken. Mix stuffing with 3 T. melted butter and spread over top of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees, 45-50 minutes.
