Lobster Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Boiled Lobster Meat
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Green or White Pepper
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Directions
Warm lobster meat in salted water for about 5 minutes and take aside to cool, cut in chunks when cooled. Mix the rest of the ingredients to make a sauce. Chill and serve. Shrimp may substituted for the lobster.
