PEPPERONI ROLLUPS Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Chopped Pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 packages crescent dinner rolls (8 ounce pkgs)
Directions
Put four of the crescent dinner roll triangles together and pinch the seams. Chop the pepperoni and add the cheese, oregano, basil and beaten egg. Spread 1/4 of the mixture on each section of rectangles. Roll up each section and slice into 6 rounds.
