HAM AND EGG QUICHE Recipe

Ingredients
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 pound ham (chopped)
  • 1 1/4 cups cream
  • 4 ounces Velveeta cheese
  • 3 well beaten eggs
  • 4 boiled eggs (chopped)
  • 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 deep dish pie shell (baked)
Directions
Sprinkle boiled eggs in pie shell. Top with ham and cheese. Mix together eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour over filling and bake on cookie sheet until set; about 35 minutes. Let stand before serving.
