Ingredients
1 package flour tortilla shells
2 pounds ground beef or turkey
1 can traditional refried beans
1 package burrito or taco seasoning
Directions
Cook meat and drain off grease. Add one cup water to meat in skillet. Add taco-burrito seasoning and mix well. Cook over medium heat. Then add refried beans. Mix, stirring constantly, until mixture is well blended. Then reduce heat to low and cook for another 15 minutes so all the seasonings blend. Put a tortilla shell on a plate and put in microwave for 20 seconds. Top with meat mixture, tomatoes, black olives, sour cream and grated mild Cheddar cheese. Usually have enough meat for the 10 tortilla shells.
