Prevent Mushy Raspberries

Raspberries very fragile and are generally fairly clean when picked so they generally do not need to be washed. If it is necessary to clean the raspberries, wash them just before using. Gently rinse with cold water, exposing them to as little water as possible. Drain and carefully spread out on a dry paper towel. Remove any damaged berries or unwanted debris and prepare as soon as possible once they have been washed.
