Peel Potatoes a Day Ahead

When preparing for a big meal it is nice to be able to do as much preparation ahead of time as possible. It saves time on the day you are actually preparing the meal to be able peel your potatoes the day before so that task is taken care of and you are done with the mess. After peeling the potatoes, place them in a bowl of cold water that has had a few drops of vinegar added. Be sure potatoes are completely covered with water and then place them in the refrigerator until you are ready to cook them the next day.
