Chill Fudge for Easier Cutting

If your fudge is on the firmer side you may not have to take this step. Fudge can be touchy to make so that it comes out exactly the same each time. When you come to cutting it you don't want it too hard or it will crack and crumble when cut. If it is too soft you won't get nice clean cuts when cutting into pieces.
