A specially designed tool for removing strips of Parmesan cheese easily and quickly as it is grated over salads and pasta. A Parmesan Grater is designed with rows of evenly spaced holes that are smooth-edged on one side and sharp-edged on the other. The sharpened edge of the grating side serves to uniformly remove nicely grated strips of cheese from the hard texture of aged Parmesan cheese.
