Batter Dispenser  
Also referred to as a Pancake Dispenser or Sauce Dispenser, this tool is used to dispense batters, sauces and frostings as they are being prepared to cook. The Batter Dispenser typically holds over 2 cups of ingredients to be dispersed in smaller, equal amounts as it drops the liquid ingredients to the cooking pan below. Foods such as batters for cookies, biscuits, crepes, waffles, and pancakes can be easily dispersed as well as pizza sauces, sweet sauces, and various types of frostings. Made from stainless steel, the Batter Dispenser most often is constructed with a release lever that allows the hand to manually control the ingredients as they are dropped out the bottom of the Dispenser.
