Made from cranberries and cranberry concentrate, this condiment is produced as an alternative to many of the pure mustard flavors such as prepared, Dijon, spicy, brown and others. Cranberry mustard is a sweet flavored mustard that goes well with a variety of foods but is best suited for enhancing the taste of foods such turkey, chicken, various game birds, and other white meats.
