A cheese produced in the Severn Valley region of the United Kingdom that is made from unpasteurized sheep's milk. Aged for 2 to 4 months, Malvern cheese is a semi-hard in texture with an ivory to cream color in appearance. Creamy and smooth to taste, this cheese provides a mildly sweet flavor with a hint of butterscotch that has a small overtone of thyme. It is a good cheese for snacking, grilling or grating on salads, and pasta.
