Distilled White Vinegar  
A type of vinegar that is made from distilled grain alcohol. Transparent and thin in texture, this vinegar has a strong, unpleasant flavor and is not used for seasoning foods. Also known as spirit vinegar, distilled white vinegar is mainly used for pickling foods and as a cleaning agent to remove grease, calcium deposits, and to clean windows and floors.
