Ringwurst  
A sausage, also called ring bologna, which is made from a combination of beef and pork, and contains no fillers or extenders. It can be eaten cold, but it has the best flavor when it is grilled or heated. Ringwurst can be added to German potato salad, soup, made into a sandwich, or sliced and eaten as a snack or appetizer.
