In large casserole, alternate layers of RAW ground beef, RAW cabbage, potatoes, carrots, onion, sprinkling each with salt and pepper. Dilute soup with 3/4 cup water. Pour over top layer of casserole. Cover with foil. Bake at 400° for 1 1/2 hours. Check after 1 hour to ensure meat is cooked.

-2 cups chopped cabbage
-1 can condensed tomato soup
