Grease 9" x 13" baking dish. Place bread on bottom of dish. Layer cheese, mushrooms, onions and meat. Combine eggs, milk and salt using mixer or blender and pour over top. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until center is set.
