| Directions | In large bowl, mix eggs and cracker crumbs. Crumble ham and pork over mixture well. Shape into balls. Place on greased baking pan. Bake uncovered at 350° for 40 minutes or lightly brown. In a large saucepan, combine brown sugar, vinegar and mustard. Boil for 2 minutes or until thickened. Drain ham balls, drizzle with syrup and bake 10 more minutes. Makes about 16 1 1/2 in. balls. |
