Directions

Put the FROZEN roast in a roasting pan and add about an inch of water to the pan. Sprinkle the soup mix over the meat. Cover and cook for 8 - 10 hours at 250°.

The drippings will make great gravy when it's time for supper.

-		1 packet dry onion soup mix
