Directions
In a large bag, add flour which has been seasoned with pepper. Add the cubed pork and shake to dust. Turn into a pot of hot oil to brown meat. Pour in V8 and add all vegetables except the peas. Cover and simmer at least 1 hour until meat and vegetables are tender. Add peas and cook an additional 10 minutes.

-1 1/2 pounds boneless pork, cubed
-2 tablespoons oil
-1/4 cup flour
-1/2 teaspoon Salt
-1/4 teaspoon pepper
-1 can V8 (48 ounce can)
-1 bay leaf
-1 teaspoon beef bouillon
-1/2 teaspoon thyme
-1/2 teaspoon oregano
-1 onion, cubed (large)
-4 white potatoes, cubed (medium)
-4 sweet potatoes, cubed (medium)
-2 stalks celery, sliced
-1 package frozen peas (10 ounce pkg)
