Directions
Cover the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish with hashbrown potatoes.

Brown sausage and onions, if desired, in a skillet; drain.

Spread over potatoes.

Cover with cheese.

Mix eggs and milk; salt and pepper to taste. Pour over cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-50 minutes.
