Directions
Heat oil in large skillet. Over high heat add the first 12 ingredients. Stir for 2 to 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes uncovered. If too thick ,add additional tomato juice.
