| Directions | Rub seasoning on filet roast. Massage dry seasoning into meat. Place in a large shallow roasting pan. Roast uncovered in a preheated 500° oven for 30 minutes. Turn off heat. Leave in oven for 1 hour. Do NOT open oven door. Slice and serve. It should be cooked to medium. Ends will be more well-done. |
