Onions and Scallions Quiche - Recipe

Directions
Sauté chopped onions in butter until they are translucent, add scallions and cook for a minute longer. Beat eggs with sour cream, salt and pepper, add onions and Swiss cheese. Spray a quiche pan or a glass pie pan with Pam, sprinkle bottom and sides with bread crumbs, pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 35-40 minutes or until set and golden.

-1 bunch scallions, chopped
-3 tablespoons Butter
-1 cup sour cream
-3 Eggs
-1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
-1/2 teaspoon Salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/4 cup bread crumbs
