Healthy Peanut Butter Granola - Recipe

Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.

Combine peanut butter and honey in a bowl. Microwave until peanut butter melts, approximately 20 seconds.

Stir cinnamon and vanilla into peanut butter mixture.

Add oatmeal and mix well.

Spread onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes or until cereal is toasted.

Remove from oven; cool.
