Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe
Directions
In large bowl, combine sugar, butter, eggs and mashed bananas. Beat with electric beater until light and foamy.

Sift together flour, baking soda and salt; add dry ingredients to wet batter. Mix well until blended.

Add chocolate chips.

Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. Bake time varies with ovens. Muffins should be a light golden brown on top when done.

**NOTE: Adding more than 6 bananas will increase moistness of muffins, so do not hesitate to add an extra ripe banana.
