Directions
For CRUST, mix all ingredients for crust except for marshmallows. Pat in 9x13" pan. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350°F. Immediately sprinkle marshmallows over crust. Return to oven for 2 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.

For TOPPING, in a large saucepan, combine all topping ingredients except cereal and peanuts. Heat just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in cereal and peanuts. Immediately spoon warm topping over marshmallow; spread to cover.

-2/3 cup brown sugar
-1/2 cup butter
-1 1/2 cups flour
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-1 egg
-1/2 teaspoon Salt
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-1 package mini marshmallows
- TOPPING:
-2/3 cup white syrup
-1/2 cup butter
-1 package peanut butter or butterscotch chips (12 ounce pkg)
-2 teaspoons vanilla
-2 cups peanuts
-2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
