In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Add water. Cook on medium heat, stirring often. Boil 1 minute. Stir in Jell-O, stirring until it dissolves. Cool.
Add berries (frozen or fresh). Pour into graham cracker crust. Top with whipped topping. Refrigerate 3 hours.
