1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add yellow squash, zucchini, bell pepper and minced onions; cook and stir 2 minutes.

2. Sprinkle with garlic salt, oregano and pepper; cook and stir 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
