| Directions | Pour milk and flavoring over coconut and let stand. Cream margarine and sugar. Add one egg at a time, then add coconut mixture and pour into pie shells. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes to one hour. Hint: Heat two cast iron griddles while preheating oven and place pies in them to cook (The crust will brown on the bottom). |
