Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix sage, seasoned salt and pepper. Sprinkle seasoning under skin and all over chicken. Place on rack in roasting pan.

2. Roast 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours until chicken is cooked through.
