Quick Easy Cincinnati Chili - Recipe

Cincinnati Chili gets it's distinctive flavor from cinnamon. McCormick® Mild Chili Seasoning makes it quick and easy.

Directions
1. Cook spaghetti as directed on package.

2. Meanwhile, cook ground beef in large saucepan on medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink; drain. Add Seasoning Mix, cinnamon and tomato sauce. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes.

3. Serve chili over spaghetti. If desired, top with beans, Cheddar cheese or onions.Test Kitchen Tip: Use McCormick® Mild or Hot Chili Seasoning Mix depending on your desired level of heat. To reduce sodium, try with McCormick® 30% Less Sodium Chili Seasoning Mix.

-1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
-1/2 cup chopped onions (optional)
