Herb Marinated Mixed Grill - Recipe

This delicious combination of grilled chicken, pork, salmon and sausage is a great way to satisfy everyone with their favorite meat or seafood.

Directions
1. Mix Marinade Mix, water, vinegar and oil in small bowl. Place chicken, pork, salmon and sausage links in a single layer in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.

2. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.

3. Grill chicken and pork over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Grill salmon and sausages 4 to 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork and sausages are well done.Test Kitchen Tip: Substitute swordfish or mahi mahi for the salmon.
