Grilled Citrus Pepper Tuna with Mango Salsa - Recipe

Grilled tuna gets special treatment with a lively salsa of mango, red onion, red bell pepper and jalapeno.

Directions

1. Mix oil, orange juice and Seasoning in small bowl. Place tuna in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.

2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Meanwhile, for the Salsa, mix all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

3. Remove tuna from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.

4. Grill over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Serve Salsa over tuna.

Test Kitchen Tip: Substitute halibut, mahi mahi or swordfish for the tuna.

-1 1/2 pounds tuna steaks
- Mango Salsa:
-1 large ripe mango, peeled and finely chopped
-1/4 cup diced red onion
-2 tablespoons orange juice
-1 tablespoon finely chopped red bell pepper
-1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
-1 green onion, green part only, finely chopped
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-1 teaspoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Lemon Pepper with Herbs Seasoning
