Mix cake mix and eggs. Roll batter into balls (about 1 tsp. in size). Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet and flatten slightly. Bake at 375 for 8 - 10 minutes, until tops crackle.
Once cooled, place frosting on a cookie and top with another cookie.
