Directions
Mix pudding mix with gelatin and sugar in a sauce. Blend in 1/2 cup of the water and the eggs. Add remaining water and cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat; stir in rum. Chill. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into pie crust and chill until firm, about 2 hours. Garnish with additional whipping topping and lime slices.

-1 package Jello lime gelatin (3 ounce pkg)
-1/3 cup sugar
-2 1/2 cups water
-2 eggs, slightly beaten
-1/2 cup light rum
-2 cups whipped topping
-1 Graham Cracker Crust
