Root Beer Ice Pops - Recipe

Directions

1. Stir sugar and hot water in medium bowl until sugar is dissolved. Stir in Root Beer Concentrate, vanilla and lemon juice. Pour mixture into 1/2-cup popsicle molds.

2. Freeze about 2 hours or until partially frozen. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Freeze 2 to 3 hours longer or until frozen.

Test Kitchen Tips:

  • Freezing time may vary according to the size of popsicle mold.
  • If popsicle molds are unavailable, use small disposable plastic cups and plastic spoons.
