| Directions | 1. Grill tomatoes over medium heat 2 to 4 minutes or until lightly charred, turning occasionally. Coarsely chop tomatoes. Mix tomatoes and Seasoning in small bowl until well blended. Set aside.
2. Grill polenta over medium heat 2 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
3. Place a heaping teaspoon of cheese on each slice of polenta. Top with tomato mixture. Serve immediately. |
