  • Cut the celery stalks into large pieces, including the leaves, and place in the food processor. Process until finely minced.
  • Put the rest of the ingredients except the vodka and only 1/4 of the tomato juice in the food processor. Process until everything is combined well.
  • Put the remaining juice and the vodka in a pitcher. Pour the contents of the food processor into the pitcher, too.
  • Chill until ready to serve. Serve in tall glasses over ice with a garnish.

-2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
-1 teaspoon onion , grated
-1 lemon , juiced
-1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
-1/2 teaspoon celery salt
-1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
-12 dashes hot sauce
-36 ounces tomato juice
-1 1/2 cups vodka
- pickle spears, celery stalks or olives for garnish
