Marinated Ham Steaks - Recipe

Ham steaks are marinated in a flavorful apple-rosemary marinade, then grilled to perfection. Prep Time: 20 minutes Total Time: 1 hour 20 minutes Makes: 6 servings (about 4 ounces each)

Directions
  • Mix juice concentrate, oil, vinegar, soy sauce, rosemary, cinnamon, cloves and pepper in medium bowl until well blended. Pour over ham steaks in large resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Turn bag over to evenly coat ham. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • Prepare grill for medium heat.
  • Remove ham steaks from marinade; discard bag and marinade. Grill ham steaks 3 to 5 minutes on each side, or until meat thermometer registers 160°F when inserted in centers of steaks. Garnish with rosemary, if desired.

- Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)
-1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
-1 teaspoon whole cloves
-1 cinnamon stick (3-1/2 inches), broken in half
-1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
-1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
-2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
-1/4 cup oil
-2 Cook's® Bone-in Ham Steaks (about 1 pound each)
