| Directions | - Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Beat eggs, milk, sour cream and salt in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
- Add ham, bell peppers, mushrooms and onions; mix well. Pour into prepared baking dish.
- Bake 50 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
