- Heat skillet medium heat, place sausage links in pan, cook 10 min turning sausage as needed.
- Prick with fork to allow juices to escape.
- Slice sausage in pan and cook for 30 min.
- Add green and red bell pepper, and garlic.
- Simmer 10 min.
- Add cooked zita and tomato sauce. Simmer 20 min.
- Put half mixture in pan add both cheeses, and then pour in rest of mixture.
- Heat oven 350 degrees, cover pan. Cook for 12 min.
- Serves 8 people.
