| Directions |
- Prepare rice according to package.
- In a medium pan, brown sausage until cooked and no longer pink.
- In a large pot, saute onions in olive oil until translucent. Add cooked rice, sausage, chicken broth, squash, corn and seasonings.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add milk just before serving and heat through.
