| Directions |
- Cut the baguette lengthwise and spread it with butter, parmesan cheese, and garlic salt.
- Toast baguettes in the broiler.
- In the meantime cook the sausage in water to cook through.
- Remove the water and sausage.
- Add a little olive oil and fry the onions, once caramelized remove the onions and fry the sausage.
- After they are fried to your brownness slice the sausage on a diagonal.
- Slice your cheese and cover the bread with the slices, return to the broiler to melt the cheese. Once melted add the green peppers sausage and caramelized onions.
- Put the sandwich together and enjoy.
